different Windows Vista services on different users ?

hi!
I`ve Windows Vista now,not so bad as i thought.on the first view.
Here`s the question :
if i use two "users",letz call it "multimedia" and "Live",can i set up different backround services for each user ?
if i log on as "multimedia" there is internet and the nice stuff,and in live user "mode"
only the basic services i need for livemusic ?
or should i prefer an extra partition with a secon Vista installation ?
