There's one of these on craigslist in Denver:

http://denver.craigslist.org/msg/1167966201.html

But I'd bet money it's some scammer - probably get some response like "Thanks for your email - the item is in perfect condition, and I will gladly ship it to you from blahblahblah..."

$6000?? You're probably right, it sounds very fishy to me!

Funny to hear this being brought up today. I was fishing through craigslist in Detroit and this synth came up. The photos seem to be exactly the same as the ones from the Denver post. Same exact everything. Pretty sweet looking synth though.

ASU has one of these :)

If you take the Electronic Music Studio classes you can mess with it (least you could a few years ago).

Was my first introduction to synths, I don't think the mixer board we fed it into did it any justice, but I still got some tapes laying around that I recorded from.

I understand the draw of vintage gear, but hot damn you could have spent 20k on so much better stuff.

look at this rig which is probably...I'm guessing 3k? maybe 4. and listen to how much more interesting it sounds http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TcFOwATNCWU

or this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=suuWOoUwf9c

I just don't see why a person would spend 20k on that thing considering the explosion in the eurorack market
