[awi] Live 8.02 Draging and crash

Hi,
Although probably a known case: when draging and dropping an midi clip from
file browser to an empty space of
arrangement view , ableton 8.02 crashes.
In ableton Live 7.14 that does not happen.
OpSys : Windows XP

Is it a known case?
