I have 2 things, one I fear is not a bug, but an oversight.
1. The grid in midi, how do you get it to 1/32 notes?
2. Copying and pasting miid notes. I can't seem to get this doen. I select a bunch of notes, and paste them, with my play marker set to a certain spot, but it randomly pastes wherever it likes.. sometimes making the clip go into negative space. There is no cursor, so how do you know where you will paste?

Question 2. Copying and pasting miid notes. I can't seem to get this doen. You can put your cursor in the arange view on any midi track. A very smal blinking red stripe shows you where the paste will be put on the grid. Ofcourse if you don't use the grid snap you can put midipastes anywhere in time .

It is quiet simple. Just put your cursor on the clip view of your midi notes. Use a control button {CTRL} and toggle with youre number key "2" several times. You will find out that you can get as high as 1/512 notes .

That is odd... I tried this and it only went down to 1/16, with ctrl+1 but now I can get it to go to 1/32, strange.. I know I kept pressing it... the lowest it goes is 1/32 now for me... I can get it to go to 512/1

ok I think there may be a bug here.
I have one midi clip I can only take down to 1/16, one I can take down to 1/64, and one that I can only take down to 1/31.

ok nevermind... it is governed by the zoom factor... strange.

I make the end of my loop 2.1.1 then fill it up... so I want to repeat the sequnence but change a note or 2... so I make the end 3.1.1 copy all the notes, and try to paste at 2.1.1 and it pastes somewhere in between 1 and 2.. in a seemingly random location...

You're right, it is random in the clip view ( I did mentioned earlier wrong from the clip view, but ment the trackdisplay). Perhaps better make copies of your clips in the sessionview (CTRL-SHIFT-I) and alter the midi data etcetera. Than afterwards copy them into the trackdisplay.

Thanks, I must have missed that when looking throught the manual. It is a little awkward, but I can get used to it. Also one thing that struck me as odd... for copying clips with the CTRL button, it is different than copying notes. you need to hold CTRL down before you click on the clip to copy it, and for the note you need to hold it down after, or it may be vice versa... hard for my brain to remeber that
