Assigning Groove Pool "Amount"

Hey gang,
Been reading up and learning about the Groove Pool...
In the Live 8 manual on page 133 under "Amount" it says "At 100%, the parameters will be applied at their assigned values."
So my question is what happens to my Groove settings when the 'Amount' is set to 0% (default)?
The manual is "wordy".
Can someone please help clear this up for me?
Thanks so much!

haven't read the manual, from playing with it, my $0.02.
0% means the groove isn't applied at all.
100+% takes the adjustment and keeps moving it, IOW if the note was moved 'to the left' (early) it will be pushed further to the left.
a good video from an Ableton staff member

That was a great 23 minute video where he did not once address the "Amount" slider/feature that I asked about.

in the info text it says that at values greater than 100 (goes up to 130 i think) that it will be more than the groove would dictate. so basically tone deft is on the right track

IOW - if a particular groove's parameter is set to, say 50% -
then turning up the global groove amount past 100% will increase that parameter's effect beyond 50% (and likewise with all other individual groove parameters)
