Hi, this question might be a little poorly researched but I have a show in a few days and I need to take my songs from my fast studio DAW to a somewhat out-dated laptop. I'll need to bounce lots of material down to some basic tracks and as I'm not sure how capable the harddrive is on the computer I'm gigging with I'd like to make the streaming of the data as efficient as possible. Does it make any difference if I use one single file for each track or is it a wise idea to divide the tracks into several files?
