Does anyone know of a alternative to the vocal/tuner/processor Antares Auto-Tune?

you mean the hardware or the software?

There is a 'low rent' version of the auto tune plugin, around $US130 or so that gives the warbly effect sought after by T-Pain youtuber wannabes, but truth be told I got it and the 'soft' correction is really pretty good.

the obvious alternative is celemony melodyne (my personal fave)

after this, waves tune, serato pitch n time, and soundtoys pitch tools.


Cubase 5 has 'variaudio' which is like the stripped down melodyne included and very good for solo voice and solo instruments it is too.

This is assuming you mean software and not hardware rack gear ...

Logic also has it's own version of an auto-tune plug bundled with it. Not bad, either.
