hi, freiends. id like to program the "slice to new midi track" option in live 7. how?

short answer:manual page 202/203

slightly longer answer:-drop a drumrack on a midi track
-drop a simpler or sampler on one of the pads
-make any adjustments youd like(including macros etc)
-now drag this drumrack back into the slicing default folder
and if all is well you then have made a new slicing preset:)

1st of all : thank you!
but what manual do you mean? ive dld 7eng and 8eng and could not find any information about it.
AND: would this work with impulse?

i meant the live7 manual

and i dont think it would work for slicing to impulse
(never tried it,so im not sure)

No! It won't slice to Impluse.
