just had (another) serious crash

everything was fine, i was working on a set i had opened and closed several time, and on closing it this time, Live gave me a 'serious error' message, asking me twice to save my work with a different name, which i did.
then i had a runtime error message, including something about some Rewire file (i wasn't running any rewired app).
then Live shutdown, but the process was still running in the task manager.
knowing that this would soon result in a windows blue screen, i rebooted.
on opening the lastly saved file, i had just one empty audio track (not even my template). fortunately enough, the original file wasn't corrupted.
but it's not the first time i get a blank file after such a crash, i nearly lost a whole set like this...
and i can't see anything i did that could cause this crash. just closing an already saved project...
