Amazon delays APC 40 as well....

Had pre-ordered it on Amazon, today I got an email much like the one people are posting about from Musician's Friend, saying the soonest it will be available is June 24th, but maybe not until sometime in July......
this is lame. what a fucking anti-climax. june 1st my ass.
who can i punch.

Gee, I looked on amazon.com and they said that audiomidi.com had five of them in stock. And sweetwater.com says that the first shipment is on the way.
I guess I'll have confirmation one way or the other pretty soon.

I was just in Guitar Center in Boston on Sunday and they had two of them left on the floor.

yes, this is funny -- seems my order was the APC40 as sold by amazon themselves, and obviously there order has been delayed, as per the message they sent me. BUT they have the audiomidi.com partnership, and there are 4 left in stock through them; so i cancelled my pre-order and ordered, via amazon (good because I get amazon rewards), from audiomidi.com....
hilarious. I won't be waiting a month longer after all.

If you live near a guitar center check it out!
I put mine on layaway last month to guarantee I would have it on Sat.. and they actually had a few extra at the store itself... so you may be able to pick it up locally rather than depending on the online sites!

I've had a bad experience buying through them...
and besides...I think the less middle-men the better
