how do I enable dual monitor use on Live 7? Thanks

Just change the "Master Out" located above the Master fader.
Alternatively, use Sends.

hahaha ohhh, you probably meant like screen monitors.
In that case, Live doesn't have any.
You can just stretch the Live window across the screens, or put the plug-in windows in one monitor and the Live screen in the other, but Live doesn't have any special dual monitor functionality.
