How to update Live 8 to Suite?

Hello,
I just bought the Ableton Suite 8 upgrade from Live 8 and having a problem authorizing the new serial number.

I have installed the 4 DVD's of samples and instruments as instructed on the pdf- by dragging the instruments into a Live Window. All the instruments and samples have been installed. But, I cannot authorize Suite. I downloaded version 8.0.4 Live Suite and installed it on my computer, but I cannot Add a Serial Number on my user account (says invalid request). I have also attempted "Authorizing a Live 8 license inc. instruments", and it also says "Invalid request".

I'm not sure what else to try. Yes, I have emailed customer support, waiting for a reply.

I'm facing the exact same problem.
Running Live 8 perfectly, purchased boxed Suite, installed it but no luck getting it autorized.
The online Product Registration gives me a "Invalid Request" error when I try to register my new Suite 8 serial.

QUESTION:
Did you ever get a reply from support to this?
I emailed support today - waiting for an answer.

Thanks Peter! Much appreciated.

When I go to the Ableton site - Registered Products, I only see my Ableton Live 8 and NOT the suite/instruments.

When I try adding a new product using the serial number on my Suite Box, it displays : "Invalid Request". Very weird since this is an official Ableton Suite 8 box.

As such the problem is the fact I can not enter my serial on the website, and as a result my Authorization does not work/recognize my Suite edition.

I've contacted support and waiting for answer.

Yes, my Live 8 is successfully activated.
I just need to get Live 8 Suite now autorized, which is being prevented by the fact the registration website keeps rejecting my serial, which is a 100% correct & valid serial as I bought the Upgrade Suite (boxed). The interesting thing is : the web site gives me an 'Invalid Request', which is different from an incorrect serial number. (just type in all 1's as the serial and it gives you (correctly) an incorrect serial number error message).

I've contacted the customercare alias, but the issue seems harder than expected. :)
