warping in sampler

causes problems with instruments, especially strings, when you sample a string for 8 beats, then you want to increase pitch, it will reduce the length of the sample. and global tempo doesn't grain shift samples in sampler, causing time fluxes between the tempo the sample was recorded in and global tempo.
