MIDI Sync Option is not yellow

Hello,
I'm wanting to Sync my MPC500 with Ableton. My MPC is set as Master and is connected to my US-122L interface, the interface is receiving a MIDI signal from the MPC, in the MIDI/SYNC preferences on Ableton I have Track and Sync "ON" in my MIDI Port input, the Track is yellow but the Sync is grey. My latency seems fine and everything seems to be set up and connected fine, I've been recording audio no problem. Any ideas??
