Hi Kooldoktor,

welcome to the forum. Clips can contain program change messages, but these can only be fired simultaneously with clip launch:
- double click the clip
- locate the "notes" box
- fill in bank/sub-bank/program
- everytime you launch the clip, the preset of the selected bank/sub-bank/program will be loaded
