A fine morning for England.

BUT, does it just mean there's nothing in the pitch for the bowlers in which case, Englands bowlers will get well and truly stuffed...

I reckon Phil Hughes would have saved us if he hadn't been given out to a poor decision.

One hand, one bounce where I come from! And Strauss definitely had two hands on it!

We should not have declared so early but more importantly we should have put them back into bat....Always kick an aussie when he's down...

Can see it going wrong tomorrow..

But i hope not

Sheesh... more confirmation for why they call you people whinging poms! :) You'll be fine, no way Australia will bat through the final day with only 5 wickets in hand.

the whole going to the 3rd umpire for catch confirmation laws are a joke i reckon. if a player says he caught it then that should be it. let the player suffer the humiliation if he's shown to be a cheat and claimed something he shouldn't have. the replays are always inconclusive. how, in the current system, hauritz's catch of bopara can be referred and not strauss's catch is a joke. either refer them all or dont...just apply the rules evenly.

i dont blame strauss. he genuinely thought he caught it. the replays show he probably didn't. either way thats cricket. bopara standing his ground the day before looked poor and the not-out decision even poorer.

anyway, regardless of some of the poor decisions england deserve to win the test, they've outplayed us. whether they actually do win it, that remains to be seen! :D

It would be an incredible win if Aus knock the runs off, lets see what happens!
