Hello,

i' am new in ableton, i have a project with a tempo of 125 bpm, when i make a midi-clip
its original tempo is called 125 BPM, thats ok...

when i now close my project an reload it, the midi-clips have all a original tempo of 120 bpm but my project have 125 bpm.... : (

why is this so, why my midi-clips are in tempo changed?

Can you download a beta and try with that? If you get the same issue, create a beta snapshot and email ableton with this. I've replicated the issue in 8.05b5 and have emailed ableton already on this, but didn't get a response from them as yet. I guess you might wait for the next beta to be release before you do this.
