Nova musik has a pre order special on the APC, the lowest I have seen on the web. Has anyone had any experience with Novamusik and any feedback on service?

im still kinda holding off until there is no complaints of buzzing boxes etc...i dont want to be left with a malfunctional box and no warauntee. but either way, that price is too tempting

Great customer service. I actually cancelled my preorder a couple days before they were going to be released because I didn't really have the cash at the time. They cancelled it with no issues and then 2 weeks later actually called me to let me know they had 1 available and were checking if I would want it. That's top notch considering they were/are in high demand and I'm sure they had no problems selling it.

I don't care if it's $200 at Novamusik ! I'm f*cken sick and tired of waiting, I cancelled my order with zZounds--I ended up going to Sweetwater---plus, I can't wait to get free candy again!
Dude, I haven't ordered from Sweetwater since I ordered my MC-303 (yeah, I fell for the hype) and I'm happily to fall for the hype again!!! It's supposed to be delivered tomorrow!. I can't wait to go out to the club this weekend and then come home drunk and throw up my stupid demo on youtube like everybody else!

Alright, I'll stick with Novamusik. Agree , sweetwater is good as well but charge heavy on overseas shipping.
They have a great offer on NI AK 1 with Nocturn- $249.

Yo, no bullshit, Back when Novation was acting really stupid with not releasing new drivers to replace the bad drivers... Novamusik asked me if I wanted a full refund or to wait it out... this was SIX MONTHS AFTER THE PURCHACE with full usage.
