i just started assigning some live's controls to my x-session knobs along with a few ones on my computer keyboard...and it went preety well,effects,crossfader and faders on the x-session;taping and kill switches on the keyboard for start...works fine...until i shut down live and reopened it again...all my midi and key assignment settings were GONE
is there another option of saving the settings??it tought they should be saved just by switching off the midi/key map mode

Use the Default Preferences’ Template Set Save button to save the current Live Set as a template Live Set. Live will use these settings as the initialized, default state for new Live Sets. You can use this to pre-configure:
• Your multichannel input/output setup.
• Preset devices, like EQs and Compressors, in every track.
• Computer key mapping.
• MIDI mappings. The template Live Set “Template.als” is located in Live’s Preferences folder and can be copied or deleted from there. The easiest way to locate this folder is to search your disk for Template.als.
