When I finally got into Live, I noticed that I had just missed the last meeting. Shucks. Anything happening any time soon? I could help organize things or something.

hahaha, you must live in your mom's basement, cause Seattle is crawling with electronic music events, producers & DJs of all styles.

The place where the user group meetings were taking place is in the process of "finding a new location" atm
You can see the info page hasn't been updated all summer, since everybody's out camping/partying etc. Maybe something will come together again in the fall.

I don't know if I want to sign up for myspace just to get ahold of someone that's dropped the ball. If I put something together, even if it's just a "hang out and talk shop and drink frosty beverages" kind of thing, would anyone be interested?

Depending on how busy I am, I'd be down to come hang out.

I talked to the guy in charge of the Live User's Group at Decibel for a bit. He said they lost the last location, and were looking for some where else to do it. Not sure what the current status is though.

You guys should try the Church of Bass on 15th. West side of Queen Anne.

Hendrik is the guy who runs the place. He loves me, I got a 15 foot Andrew Jones print of The Glitch Mob with Bassnectar form Entheon Village Burning Man 07 hanging behind the stage there! The place is an awesome space to host the users group.

I wish I could be there but I'm living in Chicago for the winter.

Please bump this thread if there is a meetup in Seattle. I'd love to have more people to collaborate with. We're doing some hip hop / glitch shows at some of the bars but nothing big time.
