APC40 causes audio clicks during selection time in Arrange

There is a series of clicks and pops during selecting time in Arrange, with APC40 on.
With APC40 turned of there is no such thing.

Please can you look in this.

My config:
Live version - 8.0.4
WinXP pro
NI Audio Kontrol 1 (I have tried ASIO4ALL driver, but the problem is still there)

sorry, problem solved by plugging APC40 to a different USB port
