I feel you though, I used to work in a coffee shop. You want to strangle every fat republican b**ch that orders extra whipped cream and says something like "I guess I can cheat today"

On another note, I recently got a Saeco espresso machine. The basic one. Best investment I made in a long time. Crema, crema, cremaaaaaaa!
Only bad thing is that now it costs me a lot more for the good beans... it really makes the disgusting stuff undrinkable, kinda like putting fried potatoes oil in a Ferrari I guess.

it just burns me that at some point in time somebody just decided to change to these stupid words

when I was young, we'd walk 10 miles in the snow to the coffee shop, and we were glad to be there too, and we'd order a tall drink. it was called tall because it was tall. taller than the ordinary drink. now tall apparently is the smallest drink you can get. if I walked 10 miles in the snow to the coffee shop, and ordered a tall drink, and got a little drink, I would not be glad to be there

But yes, easier in London, than in some inbred Yorkshire village, where all we had to eat was stale Hovis and pigeons (when they're done racing, they go nicely in a pie) and we drank Tetley's beer from the age of 5 years old while keeping the ferrets and whippets happy. And we had to walk 10 miles over t'muddy field to wash our clothes in the river.
