The instructions state
? "drag the file called Samplication.alp to Live's application window"

Um, I've dragged it everywhere onscreen and it won't take. Can anyone please tell me specifically where to put this file?

Do I need to drag all the stuff tagged .alp into the "default packages" folder? I see a ton of stuff with that extension in there

If you just double click the Samplification.alp file it will launch in Live automatically and prompt you to install the package to your library

which version of Live did you use to try that?

8.0.4 on windows but i have done the same in version 7 as well. There should also be a "Install Live Pack" option in Ableton Live's File Menu. If you are running a Mac there might be a difference with double clicking the pack but you should definitely have an "Install Live Pack" function in the file menu

Are you sure that you are able to install the "Samplication Package" within Live 7?

Sorry... to clarify I meant that double clicking on any live pack in general will launch Live and prompt to install. I know that Samplification isn't compatible with Live 7. This is just the method I used as well to insall Puremagnetik packs when I had Live 7

yeah, I clicked around and figured out most of the stuff. Thanks. It's been since version 5 since I've used Live, and I'm just getting reacquainted with it. Glad I made the upgrade!
