Ok, so I just went to re-authorize live 7 on my computer after a recent OS re-install, no big issue.

Went to my user account area and it's telling me I have no licenses. I should have live 1, live 2, live 4, live 5, live 7, and operator.

I know forum accounts were recently merged with user accounts, but I'm pretty sure I've been in that area since then and have seen my software licenses.

Other than my licenses, what am I missing here?

Already emailed support, but not expecting to hear back from them till Monday - my Live 7 license is a download license, and I may not have my email with the license info anymore, figured I was gold since everything is, well.... was here on the server.

You'll be fine... sucks that you're left with a non working Live for now though.

hmmm.....

It happened to me a couple of times. If your browser was open close it and then launch live and try to authorise. It should then open your account page and have all your licenses listed if you were logged in previously. Worked for me each time anyway.

Have you checked if the serials didn't end up on an alias account?
