8.0.5b11 + apc40 with nativeKontrol - problem with Drum Rack

This could be my error, just got apc40 and nativeKontrol templates this week, so I may have missed a step, but I rechecked everything twice.... ok the problem...
The nativeKontrol templates seem to be working perfectly on 8.0.4, but on b8.0.5b11 the drum rack portion is reacting only to the actual midi notes (something like c0 or -c1, Whatever the absolutele bottom note is) and not to the drum rack selector (on the r side of the pads). So I can not scroll the drums, I can only use the Scale device to transpose the incoming midi.
Now the 'Drum Rack to Impulse' converter for the template works perfectly, so this means Live is recieving the proper note values from the apc40. So this must be on Abletons end.
I was too late to test this on 8.0.5b10, so if this was already addressed, i missed it.
