Live 4 collaboration, anyone?

hey ableton users.

I was wondering if anyone is interested in a Live 4 collaboration. I see it happening where one of us would get started with a live set, save it as a self contained set, then upload it to my FTP space. The other person downloads it, tweaks and adds (or subtracts! haha), then uploads again. And so on. The details of the working method could be discussed and tweaked as needed.

I've had a good amount of experience, both live and recording, and I want a fun, but serious approach to this. no beginners or lazy people, please. I hope you would have some of your own work I can check out.

I'd like to use Live with it's own effects, maybe a few free VST's, and maybe Reason, to keep things simple and streamlined.

check out my site at www.asopaque.com. If you like what you hear, contact me via email (the link to email is on my site). Especially the two new tunes up there are the direction I've been moving in lately.

If you have broadband (as I do), it would work pretty sweet. I've got plenty of space on my FTP to upload to.

hope to hear from someone if it sounds interesting.

best regards,

rich atkinson

I don't understand your question. If you read my original post, I am interested in collaborating with someone with Live 4. At this time, I have not uploaded any files to work on until I have been in contact with someone who is interested.

The files that are up on my website are finished pieces and are a reference point for my work.

If you are interested in collaborating, please visit my site and listen to the work. If you like it and want to do something together, email me and we can discuss the details of collaborating.

thanks!

best regards,
rich

Sorry "see if you could add/do anything sensible." I meant "I" not "you" , I saw my post now- I am sounding like an arrogant imbecil, sorry 3x, getting too little sleep recently. BTW. Was the music done with Live?

Hey Rich, maybe you can help me out. I wanted to add a piano arpeggio to the second piano solo part in (dem)Bones(see link below). If you can do that for me then maybe we'll get it on.
