Ableton Forum

My problem is I can get looper to record everything i have going in it. Ex: I layer loops upon loops with my guitar, and when I try to record it, it just records each loop separately and it doesn't record all the sounds at once. Is that what it does inherently or is there a way I can record all the sounds going on at once.

PS: I've searched everywhere for this information and I can't seem to find the answer. Please help and thank you.
