where is the change log for lattest versions ?

there is only one post "Latest Installers" , with no comment, containing these links :

I discovered 2 days ago (by chance !) that we can download Max5_39951.dmg & ableton_live_81b3_en.dmg
(I was still working with live 8.1b1 ; completely missed 8.1b2..)
I didn't received any notification ; did I missed something ?
what are the new features ?
bug fixed ?
known problems ?...
