Lots of glitches with 8.0.5 here, mostly resulting in a kind of no response from Live, bursts of audio, no response....Not sure what triggered it, but is happening quite often.

btw, where are the older versions for download, e.g. 8.0.4/etc.

Shut your hole! I'm just about to get 8 and complaints have been fairly quite since the recent release of 8.0.5....until you came along.

I pray you're using a PC.

beats - try the demo. man it wouldn't be wise to try software without trying the demo.

afraid a Mac can't hack it? yeah, I would be too. :P

I've had the odd glitch with 8.0.5 including one where all the faders locked up on me requiring a restart of Live. All these were when opening a set created with an older version, once saved they didn't re-appear.

All said, I recon it's pretty stable, I'm not playing live with it tho, it really doesn't matter to me if there's the odd bug occasionally.

8.0.3 was rock solid for me. As were all of the previous versions. It makes me wonder if there's some M4L code in there now.

8.0.5 is in no way unstable for me, I've just had the odd hiccup when playing an older set for the first time before it's first save in this latest version.

Apparently it's a good thing that I haven't gotten around to buying 8 yet.. Hopefully most of the problems are sorted out once I do get around to it.

Straight from 8.0.2 to 8.0.5 (I figured after twelve betas they either got it right or just gave up :D )... rock solid so far! On a PC with several instances of IK stuff (Amplitubes and TRacks), and you know they can get funky.
