midi to audio latency

I play audio loops with live and live also control my Electribe emx1 via midi.Wonderful! 
the two are synchro if i mix them outside.
but if i want to re-return the audio from the electribe to one live track (to use live filters) here is the problem, there is latency and the other tracks arn't playing synchro.
for the moment i move a bit backward my midi tracks to compensate, but
it's quite boring, cause loop is changing and its no more quantisised.
one better solution might be to have the choice to de-synchro (late) some tracks cause the latency compensation option seems only work for recording, and not in Live.
has someone ever had the same problem; found solutions???
