new sampler: slicing with warping/time stretching

I like also a enhanced sampler before, because the current have problems with many of my soundfonts and is long time not update. It stop loading as soon a sound use from the wav rom a sound. other player emulate this. Currently i find a good sampler with slicing features. It work on 64 bit live 9 too

that can also play all my soundfont files. so maybe a more easy way is that ableton can do a deal, so the sampler is good integrate in live look, and also can play the ableton samples.when i choose a ableton sample there come only a message unsupport compression. the sampler can support wav aiff, but not Abletons
