whats the fucken go???
paid big money for ableton and its so unreliable, never had problems with a cracked version on windows!
now when i buy it on max (8) it crashes all the time, and im not running any cracked plugins at all...
if i just bought 8 is it possible to downgrade to 7 until they get their shit together???

Did you try the Live8 demo before you bought it?

Well, if you contact support they might be helpful and get you 7 if 8 doesn't work for your system.

Don't know if they are helpful to people that out themselves to be crack-users, though.

I'm sure your licence for L8 gives you the right to download earlier versions.

Correct me if I'm wrong.....

Go to-

Download version 7 and see if you have better luck.

Licence for L8 gives you access to earlier versions of L8. For L7 - normally - you'd need a separate L7 licence number.

Bit weird if you have a licence for L8 and it won't work, but an earlier version will.
Speak to Abes and sort it out. Sure they will be helpful and understanding.
