Is anyone else experiencing this problem with warping?

Hi,

I have Live 8.0.5 on OSX 10.6.1

Everything works great apart from one thing...

When warping full tracks, I zoom in and may have to make minor adjustments to the Pseudo markers and line them up.

Randomly, when clicking the Pseudo Marker, the waveform disappears and the bpm sig of the track goes to 5 bpm.

To get round this I have to Undo, click another track in session view then go back to the track and try again.

now this was happening in 8.0.4 on 10.5 osx aswell, but I was hoping that it would be resolved in 8.0.5.

I have emailed ableton early last week, but no response yet!

Hope that makes sense? or am I alone on this one?

Phil

Any word on this issue getting fixed?

It drives me crazy every single time I use ableton. I'm going to have to switch DAWs if this isn't fixed!!!! :(

There's no way you can live warp tracks in time when you're constantly working around this issue! I don't get it, do other DJs just not warp their tracks, or what? This issue has been around for quite a while.

btw - WinXP SP3
