Saving a patch in Max brings us back to Live

When editing a patch in Max, saving the file brings Live in front. Is this an annoying feature or a bug? I'm used to save very often, incase something crashes or goes wrong and I have to get back to Max every time I save.

Does it happen with the build posted earlier today?

Yes, it happens with the most recent builds of Max & Live. (40212 and b4)
