Where'd all my preset FX go?

A few months back, I suffered a hard drive failure. Live 7 was installed on that drive. I had lost quite a bit of important music and was very depressed about it and hadn't been back to opening Live until... today. I'm starting a project and have noticed that my preset Audio (and probably MIDI) effects are missing. For example, when I click on Compressors and open up the folder, instead of presets like Limiter and various kinds of compression, there is just a little .als folder that says "current project."
How do I get my old presets back?
