Recover Deleted Track after a save

Is it possible to recover a track you made in live, midi and the patch on analog after you have deleted it on accident and then saved?

I cannot get to it via undo. Am I screwed. I am devastated.

I believe only audio is stored in a temp folder even after you save, as long as you don't reboot. But you are asking about an instance of a plugin and it's settings, and I don't think there is a way to get it back. I hope someone can offer help, but I don't think there is a way.

yes,

there is a temp file based around the undo function. If you select no when live reboots and asks you if you want to re-open the crashed set then it writes over the undo history and you are back at the last saved point (iirc)

Phone support and ask them about it if you need further clarification.

I posted about this earlier in the week so do a search to find the location of the temp files if you need em (dont remember off hand)
