I'm loading some pre-recorded drum loops into various clips within session view and I want to remove let's say some snare hits from those samples within a clip. How would I go about doing this to create a new sample/clip within Live 8? thx

Use the arrangement for destructive editing. Cut out the segments you don´t want and create a
new sample via consolidate. In the session you can remove snare hits only via Clip envelopes (volume in this case).
