I see that the bug is fixed for copying clips allowing you to drag and press ctrl or press ctrl and drag in any combination.
Can we get the same functionality for midi notes? Right now you have to press ctrl before you drag. It is a little better now, because in 4.01 it was opposite, for clips.. so it was hard to remember which to do.

what you suggest is technically pretty hard to achieve, since dragging
(and copy-dragging) MIDI notes is done with the real notes, not with a
(purely graphical) drag image.

The advantage is that you can hear the notes while dragging them if
the clip's playing in a loop.
