Ghost live set icons with 4.0.2/3

With the 4.0.2 and 4.0.3 updates, the live set icons turned invisible.
Also, the Live application icon is invisible in the app folder but visible in the dock.
Has anyone got the same problem?
I'm on MacOSX.3.5 BTW.
MacBook Pro 2.0, 2 GB RAM, Mac OS 10.6.8, Live 7.0.18, etc.
