Hi everyone
I'm experiencing a weird problem regardin thg LED feedback on my new Novation remote SL 25 MKII. I'm using the Ableton Live Demo and I managed to
connect and play around with Live a bit, all seems to be fine.

I made my own mapping in an advanced template to activate and controll fxs and
other stuff, but when for example I use the LOWER LEFT BUTTON 1 on the remote SL to activate an
effect, it actually activates the fx in Ableton, it actually switches ON the
corresponding LED on the Remote, BUT if I try to activate another button or move
a knob elsewhere on the Remote, it switches OFF the LEDs that were previously
ON, but the effect in Live is still ON.

So the effect in Live is still on, but the corresponding LED is not lit anymore.

This is not happening when I use the keys, the pitch or the XY pad, but happens
when I touch drum pads, faders, other knobs, other buttons or the transport
buttons.

I checked the midi configuration in the Ableton preferences, and everything seems to be
fine.

No solutions? I have the same problem...

yep...reeeeeeeeeeeeally frustrating!

this is crazy maybe a max for live... or a new script?

Have you tried changing templates on the SL itself.
I dont mean in Live.

Do you have the correct midi ins and outs selected in Lives midi setup?
Are you rerouting midi back to the SL via channel strips?

The keyboard, mods and XY pad are separate from the controls.
