Switching from dial parameter to dial parameter works properly with live.remote~, but if you tweak a button using live.remote and move on to a dial, the button won't work again in that session.
To reproduce:
- Map a live.remote~ to a "Device On" parameter of any device
- Set the value to 0. (Turn the device off with live.remote~)
- Now map the live.remote~ to any dial or another button
- Try to turn on the device you just turned off
In my case the device turns itself off immediately. Its stuck to 0. Which doesn't happen with dials and sliders.
I realize audio rate control may be overkill for buttons, but I still see this as a bug.
