Just a quickee

Is there anyway of saving the wireless network settings, or do you need to set it up each time the laptops are turned on. On osX

In my experience with OS X 10.5.8 the configuration of MIDI Network Setup is stored and recalled automatically.
When turning off computers the actual connection will be lost of course.
So when turning on you need to re-connect them manually with the 'Connect' button.
