I was using Soundtrack that comes with Final Cut Studio, but I don't have access to that anymore. Any audio editor recommendations? NOT Audacity. Something more on the professional level. I know some people here might say Live, but I just can't seem to use it well in the audio file editing sense. *shrug*

But on that note, I can't say that I've come across a better wave editor for Mac than Soundtrack Pro - Apple doesn't nail everything, but IMO Soundtrack is really a great program.

I've heard good things about Amadeus Pro, though.

I like Peak LE. It's very simple to use (as any audio editor should be), and a pretty good value.

Peak is a very mature and professional OS X audio editor that I depend on.
