It still likely means that less than 100 people have signed up.
If everyone who has signed up signed for Alchemy, which gives it 3points a turn, that would be 34 people signing up. Some may have chosen CamelSpace/Phat also, giving 1 extra point, or inveresly 101+ could have signed up all choosing CamelSpace/Phat.
Its qutie a short time-scale, but say 100 people joined in 1 day, hopefully in 10days that would be 1000 people.
Will see how this goes...
