Hi,

I can not authorize my ableton on windows7 64bit.. why?
ableton programm said "thanks for registering bla" and after it i've demoversion again.

In fact that 80% of the VSTi Plugins doesn't work, i've installed XP again 32Bit and the same problem .. ????

This happened for me to when I went from XP to Win7. For some reason Live thinks I'm using a different computer altogether so it tried to use up another activation, but all my activations were gone. I just wrote [email protected] and they activated another activation for me.

Just write [email protected] or [email protected] and all will be fine.

You can authorize/unlock Live two times after you have registered. Ableton will give you more authorize/unlock codes if you send us a brief mail and an adequate explanation of the circumstances.

Yeah i though its the limitation of 2 activations. But i ever got the Message "All activated, thank you etc" .. humm... ok i'll write them now but i really hope, that this activation limitation will removed for future cauz it can happend, that your system crash on weekend and then you've no support but deadlines for productions until monday... Thats not a very flexible workaround to explain all the time why i want to reinstall my system and ableton live again.
