this feature is really useful and implemented in many audio programs (pro tools, ..)

I agree that to be able to draw changes in the waveform to remove clicks would be a major plus.

+1 here. I work a lot with vinyl. It would be a major help to draw clicks out of the waveform. Another related feature would be the ability to copy one channels audio over the other. It's the only reason I miss my PC with Soundforge. It was the best tool for this sort of stuff. Nothing on a mac comes close.
