Hi,

I am going to release an EP and need to decide which track would be best for the A side i.e The Original Mix or the Deeper Mix

Imagine you are browsing Juno (deep house) section, which track would grab your attention more?

FYI the tracks have not been mastered professionally yet

Thanks everyone for your help

I don't even need to listen to know, the deeper the better where Aronbas is coming at ya from da speekaz.

so to clarify, deeper mix ftw.

I'd say the first one on the A side (the original one). the melody is more present, making it more rememberable. and this was always the "A" for me, the one i could remember. the only thing else that i could remember is "but i like to play B". :)

i voted the original on side A, but here's why... most of my friends hardly ever play side A tracks. the usually go for the mixes on side B. not sure why. maybe they like to take the road less traveled. i personally like the deeper version better so i'd rather hear that played. and i'm guessing a lot of DJs opt not to play the original versions of songs, unless it's their own song.

I like that arp line you have kicking near the end of the first tune.

*cheers*

Thanks guys. I wrote and played that ARP on my Godin Midi guitar :D Me thinks I will try to play that bit live for gigs.
