Bugfixes

Value scaling would not work properly for manually mapped encoders. [5997]

Using a particular audio file with the Complex Pro warp mode would crash Live. [6032]

Bugfixes

Using the live.object could could not work properly because calls to non-existing functions.

Error message for output_meter_left/right would be incorrect.

Preset assignment would lead to an empty undo step

Loading a Max device immediately after Live started could lead to a 'broken' GUI. [5397]

Max device gui would not be shown after hotswap if an error was displayed before.

I'm a little confused by this. Are you talking about specific Max changes to Live?
Or the actual Max 5 installer? Because these beta's never seem to coincide and Cycling has a different version number type. Has Cycling dropped the "40xxx" build numbers for the Ableton numbering system?
If so, shouldn't the number be 5.1b9?

The whole change log reflects only changes within Live.
The section for Max specific issues, are for improvements/fixes
we made within Live, but which are only used when using
the MaxForLive extension of Live.
