Step Sequencer/Pattern bassed MIDI Effect

This would ne fairly easy for them to implement, it could drive Impulse, Simpler and VST/AU's. Not just note /gate sequencing, but midi controller info also, all pattern based. Independant from the global swing or -/+ percentage to it is a must also.
