Several related bugs/crash

To reproduce follow these actions exactly:
-Start Ableton 4.0.3.
-In Preferences: put Loop/warp on Unwarped one shot.
-Use a fresh (.asd absent) short sample of which the length (or bpm) does not match exactly with global bpm.
-Place the sample in a Clip Slot in Session View.
-Double click the clip.
-Activate Warp (do not activate loop).
-Drag warp marker 1 (there should actually only be one marker) to the upmost right of the sample.
-Click Show/Hide Envelopes Box.
--> bug 1: Note the envelope box appears (partly) blank.
-Zoom Out.
-Zoom In untill the sample is in full view.
--> bug 2: Its not possible to zoom in anymore.
-Drag the clip to an arranger track.
--> bug 3: Note the clip doesn't show up transparent while dragging.
--> bug 4: The clip doesn't show up in the arranger track after dropping to it.
-Return to Session view.
--> Ableton crashes.
Some of the bugs do not appear if steps are skipped. However, I think they are all related somehow so I tried to show the most extreme case.
